Vantage Data Centers – Germany

Role: Senior Pre-Construction & Project Management – Associate Director

I led the delivery of the Vantage Data Centers Frankfurt campus as Senior Pre-Construction & Project Management, with full accountability for a 56MW hyperscale development in Frankfurt and a 40MW campus in Zurich.

My role covered end-to-end project leadership, directing all phases from pre-construction, concept and detailed design, procurement strategy, construction execution, through testing, commissioning, and readiness for handover. I provided executive-level leadership, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams across multiple locations and ensuring alignment with Vantage standards, local authority requirements, and mission-critical performance objectives.

A key focus was placed on early risk identification and mitigation, leading cross-functional teams to proactively manage programme, cost, quality, and constructability challenges. I oversaw the procurement and installation of complex MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration of power, cooling, and life-safety infrastructure essential for hyperscale data center operations.
