The founder of the AJ-Engineering is an experienced engineer who has attained MBA in the field of Renewable and Engineering Management from the University of the European Education Group in Allensbach-Germany and Dipl.-Ing. Technical Building and Energy Management from the University of German Leader of Education in Berlin, leading the company as an owner and CEO.

Having accumulated 20 years record of success overseeing large scale of FEED-EPC/EPCM projects in MENA and Europe which includes Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Construction supervision, Testing & Commissioning, Technical Building Management System of critical construction and industrial projects. In addition to that, our CEO understands the relationship between business and need of both society and market, as well as the targeted project clients, various international customers and partners.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for Equipment system, Energy and Environmental Engineering including other systems and components within the field of renewable and sustainable building services for high-tech, mission critical building, commercial, residential, institutional, metro / rail, and industrial major Projects.

Our team consists of people with different backgrounds, nationalities and personalities. Both at a global and a regional level. Our management team’s emphasis on entrepreneurial values gives us a real advantage and usually involves of specialists, communication skills, objective setting, creating a positive culture, and oftentimes a project management plan to help everyone stay efficient and organized.
