Metro and Rail Projects Manage and monitor M&E Design, engineering, scheduling, installation work on site, trade coordinating and commissioning and close-out processes. Liaised between design, site, quality control, testing and commissioning departments to ensure the highest standard of quality was being met during eac h stage of development. Manage and lead M&E subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner).
Leading and working in collaboration with clients/owners/contractors and consultants in all stages of projects including conceptualization, design development, contract documentation, procurement, construction till project delivery including DLP and O&M phase.
