Gaziantep-Integrated-Health-Campus
I served as Programme Manager for the Gaziantep Integrated Health Campus, one of the largest and most complex healthcare infrastructure developments in Turkey, delivering a fully integrated medical campus comprising multiple specialist hospitals, clinical support facilities, utilities, and shared infrastructure.
My responsibilities covered programme-level leadership across the full project lifecycle, including master planning, design coordination, construction delivery, systems integration, commissioning, and readiness for clinical operations. I managed multiple workstreams and interfaces simultaneously, ensuring alignment between medical planning, architectural and engineering design, construction sequencing, and operational requirements.
A key focus of the role was governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, working closely with public authorities, clinical representatives, contractors, and international consultants to maintain programme objectives related to schedule, cost, quality, and patient safety. I led cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring continuity across critical-path activities and utilities serving life-safety and clinical systems.
I also oversaw the integration and commissioning of critical systems, including power, HVAC, medical gases, ICT, and life-safety systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, international standards, and long-term operational resilience. The programme was delivered with a strong emphasis on safety, performance, and operational readiness, supporting a successful transition from construction to full healthcare operations.
