WestendDuo is a 96 meter high office tower Frankfurt-Germany. The property consists of a twin tower, and the façade is giving the building a shimmering texture. The WestendDuo has a gross floor area of 32,700 square meters, which is spread over 26 upper floors (offices, bank, Gym, restaurant) and 4 basement floors. It was developed by HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung and designed by KSP Engel und Zimmermann Architekten (now KSP Jürgen Engel). The 26 floors of the office property are heated by geothermal energy. There are also heating and cooling ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened and an external electrical sun protection system. The whole floors of the building was monitored and controlled with smart technology such as for lighting control and motion detectors, HVAC, jalousie / shutter control, access and safety control.
AJ-Engi provide site supervision with sub-contractors and coordinate the MEP Project execution on site. Provide clear contractual analysis and advice to project team on matters concerning contractual obligations, contract risk, and claim management. Ensure that overall installation is in compliance with the design requirements, operations, maintenance fundamentals and quality standard. Check quality of MEP- installation & workmanship, such as for HVAC, PUH, Firefighting, Fire Alarm and ELV. Prepare and conduct functional performance tests, performance monitoring and other relevant MEP checks and tests. Following all project closure process with local authorities and Stakeholders.
