BIM and IPD

By embracing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) in services and projects, it will perform far more efficiently, deliver more valuable information and, most significantly, cut costs and liability through the proper coordination of all MEP design with other disciplines, which will allow for easier and proper installation on site.

The logical extension of the BIM concept is towards Integrated Project Delivery (or IPD), where the project stakeholders use the same BIM project information throughout the whole process, including design, analysis, construction, and facility management.

Such an innovative approach to managing or delivering construction projects called integrated project delivery aims to maximize teamwork and enhance all facets of project execution. With IPD, participants, owners, designers, contractors, and subcontractors all contribute to the project planning and management, project risks, and financial rewards.

Our BIM team will serve as a central point of contact for all the project teams. They will coordinate between the different building system consultants and civil/ARCH team, check the input from all project involvements, stakeholders and approve the final design before construction starts, assuring the developers / owner there won’t be any expensive problems due to the designs’ disparities.
