Testing and Commissioning (CxA)

Testing and Commissioning (T&C) is a diligent and systematic process of planning and performing all necessary quality controls that ensures new and renovated building systems and high-tech projects with related multiple and complex interfaces are designed, built, and operated to meet the owner’s and system requirements; and assets are delivered according to the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR).

At AJ-MEP, we perform T&C as a Commissioning Agent (CxA), usually a Third Party besides tenant, owner or EPC and owner. Our T&C activities cover all project phases from design and continues through construction occupancy, and operations. The process ensures that building systems are designed, installed, and tested to operate as our clients/owner intended and that building staff are prepared to operate and maintain its systems and equipment.

Our AJ- certified professionals and licensed Cx Engineers provide a comprehensive approach to your building’s efficiency and performance. In addition to commissioning team, our staff includes LEED, Energy Star professionals, Testing, Adjustment, and Balance (TAB), and HVAC / control experts, and many others integrated disciplines who are highly skilled in all aspects of MEP construction and energy solutions.
